Unfortunately, our City Centre venue does not have wheelchair access. We are on the top floor of a three storey Grade 2 listed building. To access us customers, need to climb approximately 40 steps.

Our Lumley Castle venue is fully wheelchair accessible, however please do let us know in advance if you will require assistance or will be attending with a wheelchair. The castle is over 600 years old and as such has uneven floors and low ceilings. 

​

For those with difficulties walking and who may encounter difficulties with stairs, please contact us in advance of your visit so we can assist if needed. 

​

There are chairs in both of our games should people wish to be seated, more chairs can be provided. 

​

It is worth noting that any persons who would normally require extra support, be that from a family member, support worker or educational assistant, will require this support within the escape room.
